One of the major benefits of PTA is access to training and resources so that you can find the answers to your questions! PTA is often the first non-profit board experience for many and it can feel daunting to navigate minutes, finances, meetings, insurance, and all of the other things you need to do to keep your organization legally compliant. With a little training, you'll soon be doing these things without any stress!
As a member of Council, you have access to training and support at our local level as well as required training at the state level.
Join Council President Katie Smith for a Presidents Training (including TX PTA's required Presidents BASICS training) on Thursday, June 23, 11am-12:30pm, on Zoom. To receive the zoom link, please register for the training. The slides will be emailed to all Humble ISD PTA Presidents on June 27.
